Whilst we never got the opportunity to hold our special day at your beautifully tranquil establishment, your loving compassion enabled us to enjoy our "new" special day without the added stress (financial and emotional) of having lost something. You have invested into our marriage in ways few people would understand.

  When it came time to reschedule our day, we were sad to discover that there was no availability at Platypus Park. Col and Julie were incredibly understanding and generous. After the previous date had passed and learning of our situation, they graciously refunded our entire booking, wishing us blessings and prayers for our future day in another location.

  A family medical emergency meant that just 3 days out from the wedding date, all planning in the final stages at this beautiful location, we had to make the heart-wrenching decision to postpone our day. All of the conversations leading up to the day and afterwards were always met with loving, caring and compassionate responses from Col and Julie.
